As a seasoned real estate professional Jamie excels by using his ability to listen carefully, anticipate client needs, and effectively structure, negotiate, and close a transaction in the shortest time-frame possible. Jamie takes a focused approach to real estate that gets deals done and helps enrich the lives of his clients. His impressive network of local connections helps to streamline the process and ensure that his clients always have the upper hand whether they are searching for new construction, condo / cooperative developments or single family homes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

In his 14 years of Brooklyn residency Jamie has found a deep connection with the borough and its endless source of top-notch restaurants and bars. With his wife leading the way, Jamie spends his free time testing the best pizza spots in NYC. Not a bad way to wind down his busy weekends after attending open houses and viewing new listings with clients. His passion for real estate is only matched by the vibrancy and vitality he is able to enjoy while guiding clients through each unique neighborhood of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Jamie has earned his chops as a go-getter and relentless project manager through his former career as a professional chef and craft beer brewer. His healthy sense of humor has made him a welcome addition to our firm. He also spent the summer of 2011 hiking the Appalachian Trail - a 2,000 mile foot path that connects Maine to Georgia. Jamie hails from one of those "flyover" states with too many vowels, and utilizes his mid-western common sense and patience to find the right fit for every client. While Jamie fully enjoys the great outdoors, his real passion lies in assisting homeowners, renters and investors to find their own perfect match for a comfortable home indoors.
